Maintenance Update on Projects

Beginning 2/1

The week of February 1st we will begin the process of combining apartments CR207 & CR209. This process will last approx. 10 weeks. They will be working during the hours of 8am-4pm. Unfortunately, there will be noise during this process but we will do our best to reduce it as much as possible. Thank you very much for your understanding, we truly appreciate it.

2/1 & 2/2

The contractor will be on site to make the necessary cuts in the walls for the apartment combination of CR 207 & CR 209. The hours of operation will be 8:30am-5pm. Unfortunately, this is very loud work. You will hear the noise intermittently throughout the day. We apologize for this inconvenience and we are truly grateful for your understanding.

1/27/12

The following updates on various projects currently going on around our campus:

1. New Elevators have begun-work will take place at all locations until completion next June. Updates are given weekly via this website and channels 970 & 972.
2. Building 3 Expansion has begun.
3. Charlestown Square Community Building construction has begun.
4. Model Railroad is in the process of being reconstructed.
