Charlestown Residents' Council

The Charlestown Residents' Council Meeting is on May 3, 2016 at 7:30 p.m. in the Auditorium. Each month's minutes are posted two weeks after a meeting. Use the updated Council photo to identify Council members. A summary of the meeting, Voices of the Council, is shown on Channel 972 the Friday after the Council meeting during the news at 10, Noon, 4 p.m., 8 p.m. and 10 p.m. Watch the entire meeting on Channel 972 on the weekends at 1:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m.

Residents are invited to attend any Council Committee meeting. Please call the chair to make sure there is room to attend. Committees meet on a regular schedule as posted.

Dining Changes Due to GI Virus

A number of measures have been implemented in the Charlestown dining rooms until further notice to curb the spread of a gastrointestinal virus.  Read the letter from Dr. Carpenter with further information on the virus - page 1 and page 2.

Absentee Ballots

The Presidential primary is April 26. Absentee ballot requests can be made online until April 19 for mailed or faxed ballots and April 22 if you want to download your ballot.

Tech Tutors is a resident volunteer program that provides one-on-one instruction for people needing help with their computer or tablet.  A request form for the free service is available online for printing and also at the lobby desks. Basic information can be found in the group's Frequently Asked Questions document.
